Three training sessions from each week cover topics that include: Training the Playmaker, Defending Set Plays, Building from the Back, Brazilian Circuit Training, Ball Possession and Offensive Transition just to name a few. Two training sessions from each week cover topics that include: 1 v 1 Situations, Defensive Principles, Breaking the Defense Through the Middle, Creating Passing Lanes, Finishing, Attacking Down the Flanks and Offensive and Defensive Support by Midfielders just to name a few. Every session is progressive and shows how the team moved from warm-up through the session and ending with a game related activity or small-sided game.
